The kids is not doing anything new to marketing but hats off to him, I like him! So, instead of showing useless metrics like bounce rates, it focuses on metrics including revenue, the lifetime value of each customer, marketing attribution, and conversion rates.  Most-importantly, it shows business owners what they need to do to improve those numbers.
