NHM implemented a multi-functional Rivo solution that provides Claims and Complaints Management capability gave giving the museum the ability to manage all aspects of incidents; from which, given the volume of public admissions they face on an annual basis, there is tremendous scope for significant legal claims. Since implementing Rivo Claims and Complaints Management functionality, the museum has seen a reduction in time spent defending claims and also for the associated costs around claims and complaints management.
